Return, Refund, Repair, and Warranty Policy

All products sold by Vapers Club SA/ are NON REFUNDABLE, but are exchangeable on a case-by-case basis only. 

The Buyer is responsible for making sure that the products you buy are compatible with each other. It is on The Buyer to do their own research to know what products work with each other.

The Buyer is responsible for inspecting items received thoroughly and has the right to report a claim within 3 days of Proof of Delivery as per waybill. The Buyer may be liable for a 25% surcharge.

Vapers Club SA offers a limited instore warranty depending on Manufacturer. 

Rebuildable atomizers and mechanical mods are ONLY RECOMMENDED FOR ADVANCED USERS! They are not basic plug & play devices, and a certain level of electronic (OHMS Law as a basic) understanding is required to use these products.

The Vapers Club SA in-store warranty does not cover (and is not limited to) the following:

  • User Error
  • Incorrectly Used
  • Mishandling
  • Used incorrect Device
  • General Wear and Tear
  • Water, Shock or Dust Damage


If the customer cannot identify the exact faulty component, the customer may send the device in to Vapers Club SA for diagnosis at the customer's shipping expense. If Vapers Club SA needs to send the device overseas for repair, The Buyer will be liable for ALL Shipping Expenses and the parts will be covered by the warranty if applicable.
